This pair of wheel-thrown cups is crafted from white speckled stoneware and finished in a clear glaze that highlights the natural speckled character of the clay beneath. The subtle speckling gives each cup a warm, organic look, definitely one of my favorite clay bodies to work with.
As each piece is individually crafted, small variations in color, tone, and texture may occur—these are part of the making and add a sense of uniqueness to every set.
