Return Policy – Zeyah Ceramics
At Zeyah Ceramics, every piece is handmade with love, patience, and intention. We embrace the small differences that make each item unique. That said, we understand that sometimes something might not be quite what you expected — and that’s okay.
Requesting a Return
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@zeyahceramics.com. Be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item — no judgment, we promise.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.

It must be shipped back within 7 days of your return being approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to the handmade and often small-batch nature of our work, the following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Items purchased during seconds or sample sales

Gift cards and digital products
Damaged Items
We pack each order with care, but if something arrives damaged, we’ve got you. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and your order number. We’ll either send a replacement (if available) or offer a refund — whichever works best for you.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process and display the refund.
