Welcome to Zeyah Ceramics. By purchasing from our webshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General
These terms apply to all purchases made through www.zeyahceramics.com. Zeyah Ceramics reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Products
All ceramics are handmade, which means each piece is unique. Slight variations in shape, glaze, and size are natural and not considered defects. These details are part of the charm of handmade work.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • PayPal

Payment must be completed before we ship your order.

4. Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This email acknowledges your order but does not confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, for reasons including stock availability or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping
We use PostNL for all shipments. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Full details are provided in our Shipping Policy.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
As per Dutch and EU law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To initiate a return, please email info@zeyahceramics.com with your order number. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Sale or discounted items ("seconds")

7. Damages
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@zeyahceramics.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll do our best to offer a suitable solution.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including images, product designs, and text—is the property of Zeyah Ceramics. Reproduction or use without permission is not allowed.

9. Liability
Zeyah Ceramics is not liable for any indirect loss, including loss of income, caused by use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
