Welcome to Zeyah Ceramics — thank you for supporting handmade! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and ship your order.

Shipping Carriers & Destinations
All orders are shipped from Amsterdam, The Netherlands, via PostNL. We ship within the Netherlands, across the EU, and internationally.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days (varies by country)

Please note: these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Tracking
All orders include tracking, unless you chose the parcel option without tracking number. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your parcel is on its way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Packaging
We carefully pack all ceramics with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. We aim to use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging where possible.

Customs & Duties
International customers (outside the EU) may be responsible for customs charges, taxes, or import duties. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at info@zeyahceramics.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve it.

Lost Packages
Zeyah Ceramics is not liable for lost packages due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Delays caused by postal carriers or customs

  • Parcels marked as "delivered" by the carrier
