This wheel-thrown cup is made from white stoneware and finished in a metallic alabaster glaze, where matte deep charcoal tones flow over a soft ivory base. Up close, the surface reveals an intricate interplay of light and shadow, a design that actually began as an experiment. In every collection, I challenge myself to create at least one piece outside my comfort zone, and this cup was the result. I personally love how it turned out!
As each piece is individually crafted, small variations in size, detail, and tone may occur—these are part of the making and bring a sense of uniqueness to every set.
