A pair of wheel-thrown cups in a rich toffee-toned stoneware, finished in one of my favorite glazes; smoke. Minimal in form but full of depth, the glaze breaks softly over the surface, revealing warm undertones and subtle texture. With the toffee colored stoneware underneath, it almost appears matte in finish. Fired twice up to 1220°C for lasting strength and everyday use.
As each piece is individually crafted, small variations in size, detail, and tone may occur—these are part of the making and bring a sense of uniqueness to every set.
